The refurbishment on an existing third storey derelict apartment and opening up the loft space to provide additional accommodation. The apartments below remained occupied and therefore the logistics of the project were more complex than usual.
Challenge
Trinity Construction Consultancy were instructed following the completion of the initial design and tender process to oversee the contract procurement and manage the project on site. The completed project was considered a success at an uncertain time within the industry.
