Ben started Trinity Construction Consultancy Ltd in 2000 and is Sole Director and is now joint Director of Trinitycc Ltd formed in 2023.  He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Member of the Association of Project Safety.  In addition Ben is an OCDEA SAP assessor and Licensed BREEAM assessor.

With over 30 years experience Surveying and Project Managing schemes from £50,000 to £50,000,000, Residential extensions to Industrial Parks and mixed use Estates, Ben has a breadth of experience that encompasses most projects.

He has particularly extensive experience in Development Projects from Inception to completion.  With a special interest in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Ben can also offer guidance on cost efficient and environmentally friendly approaches to construction

Michael joined Trinity Construction Consultancy Ltd in 2008 and has since taken a lead role in a variety of Project Management, Party Wall, Principal Designer and Contract Administration appointments.  Michael and Ben are now joint Directors of Trinitycc Ltd formed in 2023.

With over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Michael has extensive knowledge in coordinating design teams, preparation of specifications and design information and taking projects from inception through to successful completion

Some of Michael's more recent projects include the development of over 40 houses in the Harwich area, the conversion of office space into 18 apartments in the centre of Ipswich, construction advice on the vertical extension of an apartment block in North East London and providing Health & Safety advice on the development of approx. 30 apartments in South London

Michael is a Chartered Project Manager and is also a member of the Association for Project Safety and Pyramus & Thisbe Society.

Heidi started Trinity Construction Consultancy Ltd in 2000 with Ben.

With over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Heidi has a wealth of expertise in marketing, management and accounting elements of the business.

Ensuring relevant records and processes are up to date and working effectively, Heidi oversees  all company accounts and investments.
