Successful completion of any development project relies on skilful planning, communication, co-ordination and management of the project life-cycle.
Trinity’s Project Managers work closely with our professional team of Quantity Surveyors, CDM Coordinators and Building Surveyors to provide an effective and comprehensive in-house resource covering any construction requirement that may arise throughout the project
:
Design Stage
At point of project initiation, procurement of the appropriate resources are evaluated and appointed, the detail of the design is reviewed with value engineering methodology to ensure cost effective design, whilst programme planning ensures achievable project delivery.
Tender and Contract Stage
Our advice during the tender and contract stage on contract type and procurement routes is invaluable. Guidance is always specific to the project and culminates in a recommendation report that is presented to the client for review. Building on the developing partnerships, trinity continues to work with separate parties involved in the project on behalf of the client; coordinating Statutory Service providers, or working with the architects or designers to ensure collateral warrantees are implemented to safe guard the client.
Construction Stage
Continual programme monitoring, risk assessment and coordination throughout the construction phase is controlled by our Project Managers ensuring high quality standards are maintained. Having access to a full in-house technical team they are able to implement resolution of any technical issues and change control on a real-time basis thus reducing any impact to any project and budget defined parameters.
Commissioning Stage
Acknowledging successful project completion is defined as meeting your initial objectives. A Project Evaluation report is an important part of the evaluation and reflection process and is produced on project closure together with collation and submission of all project documentation.
In order to achieve successful project completion, trinity’s strengths lie in its application of good project management methodology, team collaboration and motivation, good communication, information auditing and client involvement.
