A safe working and practical maintenance environment is vital to protect all those working and operating in the construction industry. trinity activity encourages communication between designers and contractors to promote residual hazard assessment and designs that comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
Our personnel are qualified registered members of The Association for Project Safety (APS). We look at all aspects of Construction Health and Safety, and work closely with regulatory bodies in order to maintain high standards and good working practice.
Notification
Notification of the project to HSE is made at project initiation and throughout the life of the project, as required
Co-ordination
On-going co-ordinating with the Design Team is important to ensure they are addressing their duties under CDM.
Competency
For the protection of all, ensuring all parties involved in the project are aware of their duties and obligations under the CDM regulations would fall under our remit. Competent advice to the Client, all duty holders and suitability of the Principal Contractors management arrangements and resources will be provided. This is in addition to advice and subsequent reviews for contractor or sub-contractor health and safety resources and competency levels.
Pre-Construction Information
trinity identifies and collates any available pre-construction information with a view to providing advice to the client of the suitability of this information.
Construction Phase Information
Construction Phase information is continually reviewed as the project progresses, this enables us to keep the Client informed as to the adequacy of the initial Construction Phase Plan, its development, risk and method statement analysis.
Post Contract Health and Safety File
Maintaining clear and concise records pertaining to Health and Safety, including building manuals, is vital. trinity can both deliver and provide advice on maintaining an appropriate Health and Safety file system and is distribution.
True onsite construction safety is the sharing of information and knowledge, trinity provides an advice service on all aspects of Health and Safety and can assist on a client specific basis with many aspects outside the generalised role of a CDM Co-ordinator.
