The development of an existing brownfield site in the coastal town of Harwich. The site was formally a brickworks and the development will provide much needed additional housing in the area.
Challenge
Trinity Construction Consultancy were appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Principal Designers following the purchase of the site. The site was purchased with Outline Planning consent to construct 42no. houses. While construction has not yet commenced, Trinity have coordinated design alterations, tendering procedures and continue to provide expert support to the client and design team.
