Challenge
The site was situated between existing residences, the busy Picardy Manorway flyover and an industrial complex all of which provided additional issues to be dealt with during the construction.
Trinity Construction Consultancy over-saw the negotiation of the contracts, the professional team and the Main Contractor to ensure that the project was delivered in line with the clients objectives.
