The project involved the demolition of redundant outbuildings and the construction of 8no. detached executive style dwellings, each with an individual design. Trinity were appointed to provided Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Principal Designers services.

This projects main challenge was to achieve the construction of 8 new dwellings that were sympathetic to the existing well established village street scene within a conservation area.
